Publishing: Upload completed, Processing File. After it says that, the bar goes to the very end (100%) and It stops, for about 5-10 minutes, then says " Your movie wasn't published because there was a network problem. Please check your network connection, then try again."

Youtube is online, and so is my wi-fi.

Is there any reason why it would be doing that or how I can fix it?

I have the version that came with Windows 8
