I can access all the emails in my account but when I go to either reply or forward the email it does not allow me to type anything in the area where you are supposed to. I can type in the subject and I can also attach files etc - but the previous email does not appear below and the cursor does not appear to allow you to type anything

I have other hotmail accounts and they are all working fine - I have also restarted my computer

HELP please :)
