Hi i recently could not sign into my ebay account i went on to try and rest my password to which it asked me to reset via ebay or mobile my mobile was no longer the 1 registered so i tried email address it would not let me use my hotmail account as it had been hacked and i had to verify it was mine is there any way i can resolve this issue as the list of verificatiin questions given are irellevant to me i.e do you have a credit card..... answer is no i filled it all out for it to say not enough evidence to activate your account. Please help me resolve this problem
