hello

so im tring to log into my windows essential program and it keeps telling me i have the wrong password, i have gone through resetting my password via the link, and when i do i get given a number to change and all is well, i can log into live via the internet but not the window live essential program, whey.

it starts up ok, and downloads emails, i can read them, but i cant send any because im not logged in like i have said i have reset password many times and it does not let me in
