could not sign in with my gamer profile, went to the website to reset password and it gave me a new profile for some reason, only now after about an hour have I realised the password that it asked for was not 'my' password but some made up app password (nice one microsoft that was made really clear!!!) can I retrieve my original profile or is it lost in limbo, there but unable to access it???
