I have an old hotmail account that's linked to the account I use. Because they are linked I hadn't actually signed into the old account in a while, so I'm guessing Microsoft assumed it was not active. Now I can't sign in to it at all. I can't reset the password because I created the account over 10 years ago, so I don't remember the security question and I've changed my phone number so they can't send me a code.

Please Help!! I need access to that email account still.
