I have an Hotmail that I was using for certain products I own and I haven't used the email in a while but I tried to use the product which is linked to the account and it requires an email validation so I tried to login to my Hotmail with the password
I thought was for the Hotmail but is now telling is wrong. This now means I can't log into that email and can't use the product I've paid for.
The account is very old and every attempt at resetting the password fails. The number used to send the SMS code is old and I no longer have that number, I fill out the questionnaire instead which I have done about 6 or 7 times now and every time I'll either
get no reply or an email saying I haven't given enough information. I've tried talking to Microsoft live support chat but they tell me to do exactly what I've already done. One support member said that they posted a request for support to email my working
Hotmail and said they would contact me within 24 hours and this was about 2/3 days ago now so I'm getting quite frustrated at the lack of assistance I'm receiving. I just want to talk to someone and get my account back.
