Hello, I have an old microsoft account that is tied to my primary email address that is not a microsoft email. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** .  I try to do a password reset and I do not get one sent to this email.  I am trying to install a newly purchased office 2011 for mac.  it is requiring me to login to a microsoft account to download it and I want to use the account tied to my primary email.  How do I get a reset password link?  I already tried the recovery form but didnt work. thanks.
