I have the same problem except that I am using Port 995 and 465 SSL on AT&T through Yahoo Mail.

I can't send or receive in Windows Live Mail.

"unable to send or receive. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you will be asked to enter user name and password"

Server error:  0x800CCC90

Server response: ERR invalid user name or password

Windows live mail error ID:  0x800CCC92

Protocol:  POP3

Port 110

Secure  No

I keep entering my password, but error code and problem continue to exist.  Please help me!?  No email coming in and cannot send emails at this time.  (have access thru Charter so can read responses but rely on Windows Live Mail)
