For the longest while now, I haven't been able to send or receive emails to my work email via the windows mail icon in my taskbar at the bottom of my screen. This started shortly after I had downloaded windows 10. I did everything I can possibly think of to get it to work and I still keep getting this message ...

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live (Amanda-Page) account.

Server Error: 3219
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

This is in the error tab. I have an issue with the task tab too it tells me...

Check for new messages on 'Live (Amanda-Page)'          Warnings

This is accompanied by a caution sign in the shape of a triangle in front of it. This is also after NUMEROUS times that this thing has not let me log in and keeps telling me that my password is wrong or just doesn't respond to my password and pops up the sign in thing again. I don't know what else to do. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and everything else. It seems with every new patch or update, this system freaks out and doesn't work, not to mention I'm having an issue with skype and the taskbar not responding to right clicking and my windows button not responding to my left clicks either. So this is one of the many headaches I have. I NEED this email for work, for resumes for contact, for all of it. It works fine when I have to actually log in on the web browser, but it is easier for me to check my email with the live button. Can someone help me with this, I am at a loss here.
