Ticket #1375038724.  Can't send or receive email.  Have worked with my server people (Xfinity) and with your technicians for around 3 hours all together the  last few days and no has helped.  We have reset passwords.  I did a successful System Restore which did not help with the email problems.  We deleted an email account and added it back and that did not help.  I am on Windows 7. The mail program is Windows Live Mail 2012.  I thought it might help to uninstall the Live Mail program and then reinstall it, but I understand that Microsoft no longer has a download for Live Mail 2012.  I don't want to upgrade to Windows 10 email because that just stinks.  I have that on my laptop and I don't like it.
