Windows Live mail 2012 version 16.4.3528.0331

isp is Comcast-Using windows 10 up-grade with clean install. My live.com email address worked fine after the initial up-grade to W-10 along with my other six email addresses. About a month out from the up-grade Windows Live mail stopped sending. It could have been an up-date, which I have no control over, that shut it down. Comcast, Yahoo, G-mail and my @cloud.com email, all work just fine send and receive, They are all IMAP. The only way I can send the live.com account is via web-mail when I log into my Microsoft account on-line AND the windows 10 mail client, which BTW is awful.

I know there is no longer any Windows-live-mail support. However it seems very strange I can use my other email addresses and they work just fine. I have tried every possible combination of server settings and advanced settings, nothing works. My isp, Comcast, was no help. Should I just use my Office 2007 Outlook Mail Client?
