 thought  I posted earlier  I apologize if post is here somewhere as I do not see it so again...

Today first time I have problem sending a new email or replying to an email. I can receive and open

get message "A problem occurred while trying to open this message a problem has occurred please try again"

I saw a fix on board that told me to open properties -advanced- see that outgoing is 587 (I have this set POP587) Incoming is POP 110 not 993 but I do not have problem with incoming.  I do not have SSL checked for incoming/outgoing mail but this never was checked  when did have problem

Also have error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service - and could not follow instructions how to fix as I am still on 11 not 12

Called TWC now Spectrum who is my provider - Tech support said do not need SSL checked to ignore the 993 but will offer no other help as says it is Microsoft problem  I still use Windows LiveMail 11  see  no longer supported and 12 no longer supported in Jan 2017

sorry I upgraded to WIN 10 as cannot get used to it  I tried to keep as many features that I had in 7 as I have ADD as well as some other disabilities and work from home.  

Using WIN 10 and still on IE 11  I need help on this for temp fix I do not want to lose the mails I have 

hope I do not have to purchase support again as it is touch and go with how much help I got on previous problems.  And I am sure they will tell me to get EDGE and new mail app 

but why did email work yesterday and not today? what could have changed?
