Hello,

I have Windows 8.1. My web mail with my ISP is working fine, but I get an error message when trying to send email through WLM. This is what I see:

A time-out occurred while communicating with the server.

Subject 'test'
Server: 'mobile.charter.net'

Protocol: SMTP
Port: 587
Secure(SSL): Yes

My mobile phone email sends just fine, I have the same port numbers entered for both devices: SMTP 587 & incoming 993. Can anyone help?

Also, it asks me for my password twice when logging in-odd.
