Using the outlook.com site with IE10 on my Windows 7 PC I can receive emails ok, and when I send one it appears to send ok, and it appears in the "Sent" folder, but they are not usually received at the destination. The one I am testing is an ntlworld.com address, and none are being received.  Any known problems with ntlworld addresses?
