I have completely uninstalled office 365 for mac and reinstalled it. I imported an OLM backup which doesn't work. I restored my 2011 identity from carbonate which didn't work. I previously copied my microsoft user data to my desktop and copied it back to documents which didn't work. Can someone tell me how to get my folders, emails, contacts, etc. back?
