On September 9, I stopped being able to retrieve my e-mails from my Android Device (through the default Email App) and from Outlook Connector. The error I get is "Bad login or password". On the other hand, I can get my e-mails using Hotmail/Outlook web site with no problem. Also, I have another Hotmail account and I still can get my e-mails from it using Android and Outlook Connector. I changed my account password but it didn't helped. I also tried to get my e-mails using another computer with Outlook Connector and it didn't work. There is really something wrong with my account.


This problem has begun after I had to provide a "security" code (on Hotmail/Outlook web site) to get access to my e-mails on September 9. I followed the instructions to get the code, I typed it and I got access to my e-mail as usual. I don't know if it's only a coincidence but maybe it can help you to find what's wrong with my account.


Could you please help me as soon as possible. I tried many times and many ways to get support from Microsoft since 2 weeks and everybody is telling me that they can't help because I'm in the wrong department.


Let me be clear, the problem is not about Outlook Connector or Android. I'm an IT Professional and I can assure you that this problem is related to my account.
