I have an old account i made that is connected to my current xbox live account, but has been blocked by microsoft. Since it is a very old account i cannot remember enough details to fill out the recovery form and reset the password. Thus i cannot use xbox live anymore even though i have paid for my subscription. I have called microsoft support and they directed me here, so i would appreciate some help asap.
