I've had hotmail account for years and stationed now in Germany. I think my  account was hacked (not sure) yesterday but cannot do a password reset and have sent in the necessary security items for a reset but keep getting a reply needs more info. Now Im getting messages that states I have sent in to many requests, Thanks in advance for your time and effort in this important  situation for me.
