I have a really old Hotmail account from many years ago when I was a teenager that I'm trying to access in order to retrieve a password for a site in which I used that email. I'm unable to retrieve this Hotmail/Outlook account as dumb teenage me wrote a security question in which I am unable to answer now. I have tried to fill out the questionnaire which they provide for this type of thing but since I have not used the account in so many years, I cannot answer half the questions (what email have you recently sent, to whom have you sent emails recently, etc.). And since I cannot answer these questions I cannot submit the form...I have tried to find a way to contact Microsoft but their support website just sends you in circles and I don't know what else to do except post here. Thanks in advance for your help!
