My account was blocked, and I think it's because I entered with a proxy and someone used it to make spam.

When I login (through login.live.com) I get a "Your account has been temporarily blocked" page.

The only available link/option is: https://account.live.com/security/Sai.aspx/A1 ,

Which redirects me to http://www.windowslivehelp.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=f172cbee-3c73-4506-8a1d-4e6e82adb846 ,

Which is down! ( http://www.isup.me/http://www.windowslivehelp.com/ )

I hope some Microsoft staff reads this and solves the bug or manually reactivates my account.
