hi ive found 1 thread that appears unanswered, so thought i'd try my own....

going to mail from start apps my mail account is receiving my mail but I cant set it to collect the mail as it arrives I have to have it set to either 15/30 minutes or hourly or manual as soon as I select "as it arrives" it says its having problems doing that and that is should change to one of the other 4 options and then try and change it later??? whats baffling me is I did have it receiving mail as it arrives the other day (but realised that the copy of windows 8 on my laptop was a pirate version as ive just bought it second hand and bought the proper version from Microsoft yesterday) and now I get this check settings message on my accounts???? HELP!!!!! im a sky mail customer by the way and they use yahoo as their client
