Hi,

I'm using Windows 10 having recently (6mths?) updated from 7. I have 2 hotmail accounts  which have always displayed together. Until a few weeks ago these accounts automatically checked for mail once opened. However, one of them has stopped recieving and will not allow me to send either. What´s more,  in spite of seemingly being signed in, it repeatedly asks for my password. 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (***********) account.
Subject 'error'
Server Error: 3219
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

I´ve read some of the other replies relevant to this problem.  One mentions uninstalling, but I´m wary about losing my folders?

Any sugestions?
