I'm using Outlook 2011 for Mac. All of a sudden I can't receive mail.  I can send.  I get error code -16999 and an error alert showing "[SYS/TEMP] problem retrieving message".

I have 2 different POP account.  One gets it's mail and the other doesn't.

I've restarted my computer and cleared the Permissions using Disk Utility.

Thoughts?
