Original Title: I am not receiving e-mails in Outlook. Messages are returned to sender with "a full mailbox" message. What can I do?

What can I do to receive messages in Outlook again.  I cleared my messages so I have only a few, but still message-senders say my messages bounce back with a "full mailbox" response.
