I run Windows 7 on my laptop and have been happily using Windows Live Mail for many years. However since 26th Jan I have been unable to receive emails from talktalk uk - although I can send them! (I can get my emails using webmail or gmail.)

Talktalk Help says they cannot help and I should contact Windows but Windows Help tell me it's a talktalk fault! I have no unsent messages in my outbox. I have recently started using Dropbox - could this be the root of the problem?

Please help as I wish to continue using talktalk as I am used to, and like, their site... Dave
