Can’t receive emails from a particular domain

Hello,

I am currently using outlook.com as the mail client but am not able to receive email from ONE PARTICULAR DOMAIN ONLY.

I am definitely able to receive emails from all other addressees/domain except one. 

Can help? Thank you
