I have not been able to receive emails into my outlook account for 5 days now. I can access them from my Virgin email account but not outlook, this has not been a problem before, it seems there is something stopping them from coming over. Also my partners
iphone stopped receiving the same emails at the same time. I contacted the Virgin tech team and their additional tech team but they could not fix it. This is extremely frustrating as it was never a problem before and my partner needs to access the emails
