Multiple people let me know that they sent me an email this morning which until now (12.45pm) I still haven't received.

I did a test sending myself multiple email, same here. Email is going out (moving from Outbox to Sent) but until now I did not receive the email.

This is rather annoying, since the service information does not state this issue and I'm therefore not sure if Microsoft is aware of this issue.

*Anybody else having this issue?*
