I am being asked to Rebuild my Outlook data base. When I choose the main Identity and go thru the rebuild 5 step process (Three Times) it tells me that "Your database could not be rebuilt.(-18000)  Can some one help me. What do I do. I have another identity that is 7 months old but I would be loosing a lot of emails and contacts if I tried using that. I am sorry to say I do not have a back up. UGH
