Can’t read emails, problem signing in error

I can sign in to account though can't read my emails as I get the following error: There's a problem with signing you in
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.
 
Hotmail does not allow me to read emails though allows me to sign into account, go into skydrive and edit profile though also does not allow me to go into People.
 
I have tried different computers, clearing cache though does not help, also other computer users can use their Hotmail accounts as normal.
 
Please help.
