I am using godforsaken windows 8 and unholy outlook.  I cannot print an email.  I am not on a network, just me and my lapper.  I use the 3 little dots, find print and get the print window.  I cannot see anything in print preview  and I only get a footer printed at the bottom of one page.  It is like it doesn't recognize any other pages to not print.  This also happens when I use one other web based application "virtual merchant" 

I can print just fine in ms word or excel etc.  please help, this is driving me nuts!
