All of a sudden, I can't print e-mails from Windows Live Mail. I can print fine from all other apps on my computer (desktop). This is very recent. When I try to uninstall Windows Essentials 2012, nothing happens.

I did a system restore to back to the date of the last Microsoft update (June 20, 2014) and that didn't help either. Can someone please help me?
