I'm having the same problem that was happening last May.  Trying to post to Blogger and getting this:

Blogger returned the following error:

Not found: Not found

When I click on OK it goes to Blogger sign-in but will not sign in. Then goes back to the above error.

As I recall the problem was on the Microsoft end the last time and eventually was fixed.  Please help.
