The 17 October Microsoft Windows 10 update corrupted my SSD drive so that I had to do a clean install.

My backup program preserved all of the Windows Live Mail files that I had.  They are important.

I don't seem to be allowed o install Windows Live Mail anymore on my new clean install.  

How do I transfer the information (e-mails, contacts, etc.) from the Windows Live files to Outlook 2016?
