I cannot open or send emails in Outlook. com since two or three days ago.
When I click and try to open or send emails, I see white dots running at the top of the page.
I have waited 5, 10, 15 minutes and nothing happens, my emails don't  open.  
I have full access when I use a different computer.
Everything was fine before, and nobody has touched my computers. What's happening and how can it be fixed?
I need to be able to access emails. This is important for my business.
