My Hotmail account was hacked on the 7/8/13. It took 24hrs to get the problem sorted so that I could change my pass word an re access my account. Now  I am unable to open any emails or folders. My pass word reset details were sent to my wife's Hotmail account. Since I used the link to reaccess my account that was sent by Hotmail support to her email account she can not open any emails or folders either. What is going on ? and why can't a Hotmail support person help me ? I have attempted to contact them but to no avail.  Iwould appreciate any advice /help cheers Vic
