Hello,

I cant open any e-mails from Hotmail after installing windows 8.1 from windows 8. I have ran all virus/ malware/spyware and rebooted. I have tried  the trouble shooting tips and still nothing works.  I thought maybe since its a new download I should install the mail app.  I seen once where it tells me the outlook app is already installed yet I don't see it from the start screen.  When I use the Hotmail I go there through internet explorer. I can delete e-mails and everything else but cannot open anything in any folders.  I am using home desk top. I am not sure if that makes any difference?
