I'm trying to log into my email (set up with a custom domain through domains.live.com), however all of a sudden I'm getting the following error
You've lost access to your email
The inbox you've been using is no longer available. This can occur when your account is owned by an organization, or when someone else confirms ownership of the email address. You haven't lost access to the other services you use with your Microsoft account. However, you must choose a new primary alias to continue.
I have no idea how this came about, as I have made no changes to my account. Can you please fix things so that they are back the way they were, as there are no other parties who would (or could) have confirmed they owned the same email address as me.
