When trying to log onto my account associated with my work email address I cannot and get the message "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. "
When I try to go through the steps to create the account which already exited I get the message that it "isn't available."
Finally when I go through the password reset method at https://account.live.com/password/reset I get "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again."
Please direct me to whom I should bring this to the attention of. The account I'm using to post this is of course not the one that is having the issue. I will be happy to PM anyone who needs that address to diagnose it.
