I see I am not the only one who has trouble. I can't access my account. One day I had weird emails from msn., delivery failures to email addresses I never heard of.
I went into my account and got the same message others have - that someone may  have used my account and to reset it. I've had this account for years and the email listed is no longer active. I started to do the form and got suspicious - too many questions. There was a chat feature in help and I chatted for a long time with a guy who said the form was valid, they needed all the information and I would get a response in 24 hours. Got nothing.
filled out the form again, then found these discussions.
Is this a scam? Will I ever get into my account?
