My outlook email has locked me out even though I am entering the correct email address and password. I never provided an alternative email address so i had to fill out a form instead which said i would hear back within 24 hours. I waited two or three days after I sent it and heard nothing so i sent another one and have still heard nothing. It has been a week now and I really really need to access my account. I tried the live chat but the only help they provided was to post on here. Please please please help me.
