Can someone help?

For the past 5 days, I have not been able to sign into my e-mail account.

I have tried everything to get my e-mail accounts back but all effort failed.

I have also Submit a new form but the response has been that the information provided is in accurate.

Now I can’t even submit another form as according to Microsoft my limit has been reached.
