I cannot log into my account, why is that? It tells me that I have an account with Microsoft, but continues to say there are problems and to repair. So I click on repair and it says it has repaired the problem but continues to say that I cannot log into my account, but at the top it shows that I am logged in. Why am I not able to get in on Microsoft word or publisher?
