I have received answers to two queries but the links to see the answers do not work. When I try to sign in with the email address to which the answers have been sent, I get an error msg saying that that email address is not allowed to see the incidents
- even though the answer links have been sent to that address!! I've tried signing with an alternative email address that I had provided to Microsoft but again get an error msg saying that there is no trace of that email address (my main one that I've had
for many years). I've tried signing in with my name but again not recognised. How CAN I get to see the answers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
