Hi all,
I just downloaded essentials and it refuses to accept my windows login.  I can log in to the cloud or other widows live accounts. I have changed the password and even tried to create a new account but it says it already exists.   It tells me that either the password or email is incorrect and I have retyped both and verified that it is exactly what I use for other Microsoft log in's. 

Any ideas?
