I'm having issues downloading windows essentials movie maker/gallery. Whenever I attempt to install, it always says another program is preventing it from installing, and gives me the error code 0x80070643. When I look it up, it's the code for not having my firewall on, but it is on and has been. It won't give me any other error codes when I try to install.

Any tips are greatly appreciated, thanks.
