I have a new (refurbished) Windows 7 desktop.  Ican not get Windows Live Essentials to install.  It goes through the loading and get to 100% then pop up wit "Couldn't install programs".  Shows Error: 0x8004705; Source: dotNet40.  I have done the uninstall and tried to install several times.  If anyone can help please let me know.  My email is ldarms44@netzero .net
