I have a brand new HP Pavilion laptop with Windows 10 64-bit (purchased last week from hp.com).
When i try to download Movie Maker from http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=255475
i keep getting the error message This app can't run on your pc
The install doesn't even start.
I did try the three solutions recommended at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-win_upgrade/how-do-i-run-an-app-or-program-blocked-by-windows/51880013-3df9-46cc-9468-5a83d989d96b
Smart screen is turned off (but i am not sure if it works because for all installations it always asks for permissions)
Again the application that i am trying to install is Microsoft Movie Maker setup wlsetup.exe , downloaded from microsoft.com
