Hi, I can't install movie maker in my students computer because they have a standard user

but when I try to enter in administrator its said access denied

the students computers are conected to a server 2008 R2 standard
How can i enter to the administaror account I try in CMD and Local Security Policy but its said access denied and I cant enter from safe mode too.
